Folding Homes by Habitaflex

I'm posting two videos and some informative images about folding homes made by Habitaflex (habitaflex.com) today.  The way they operate seems pretty well thought out.  Bathrooms and kitchens are included, along with cabinets, countertops, and fixtures such as toilet, sinks, shower, and range hood.  Even phone and cable jacks are included, but some models at least don't appear to be intended for permanent habitation.  The larger heavier ones look like they may be suitable as permanent homes.   If you scroll down far enough, you'll find interior and exterior photos, and a floor plan too. The model in the photos is 768 square feet with three bedrooms.

The kitchens do not include appliances like refrigerators, ranges, or dishwashers, but they are set-up to accept them.  Some are small enough and light enough that they can be towed with a heavy duty pick-up truck or SUV, others require a big rig to transport.  They're already wired, plumbed,  insulated, and finished inside and out.  When you get the model in the first video  where you want it, two people can set one up in a matter of hours with just a few very simple tools like hex wrenches and power drills.  Two people can also fold the house up in a few hours to tow it away again.

The model in the second video looks like it might require a small crew and a forklift, but still, it can be delivered to the site, set-up in lived in the very same day.

These Habitaflex homes sell for between $35,000 and $75,000 without any customization.  If customized, it's safe to say they'd cost more.
NOTE:  I would not count on these prices still being accurate.

Thankfully, as you can see in the photo below, they changed the location of the bathroom door!
